  1. Before you proceed with your purchase, Online Patios Pty Ltd and www.onlinepatios.com.au requires you to accept specific terms and conditions related to this purchase.
  2. Online Patios Pty Ltd and Online Patio Roofing or ‘we’, ‘us’ or our, refers to the owner of the website – Online Patios Pty Ltd – A.B.N. 75 667 469 365. ‘You’ refers to you as the viewer/user of this website/quotation.

Note: The product/kit you have added to your cart and its components is custom made to your requirements. On this basis, this is a hard sale. Changes cannot be applied any time after 24 hours from the time of checkout. THERE IS NO ABILITY FOR A REFUND AFTER THIS TIME OR FOR THE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCT ALREADY MANUFACTURED.

The dimensions of each kit listed for sale on www.onlinepatios.com.au is measured as an overall size. The Company may, at its own discretion, alter the contents of the fixings/parts supplied in the kits. This will not affect the engineering or structural integrity of the kit in any way.

We cannot and will not accept returns if you make an incorrect decision and/or measurements or change your mind.

Online Patios Pty Ltd, suppliers and other third parties are not liable for any information or materials on this website – they are ordered entirely at your own risk.

NOTE: Insulated panels are supplied in 1m widths. If you have selected a kit that is not a whole meter, then the first and or last panel will need to be cut to size. All other components supplied will be for the specific measurement of the kit ordered.

Delivery is approximately 3-5 weeks following placement of your order, depending on the order requirements/powder coating and delivery location. The delivery date will be notified once available.

Deliveries will take place via a large crane truck. If there are specific instructions required for your delivery, you must notify the Company at least 48 hours prior to your delivery taking place. If you have ordered an insulated kit, you may receive two deliveries (single skin kits come in one delivery). You are not required to be home on the day of the delivery however it is your responsibility to notify the Company of any specific requirements. The Company is not responsible for any damage to your driveway/gardens during the delivery of the materials to site.

Please also be aware of requirements from an engineering perspective, along with local authorities to reach approval for construction (the onus to achieve these approvals is your responsibility).

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend engaging a professional tradesperson to ensure measurements and requirements are detailed correctly and correct approvals are obtained.

You can add additional components to your order, however the elements of colour, style of patio, size, thickness of sheets/panels etc, cannot be changed after the point of ordering. You also accept that some items may not be in stock at the time of order due to various factors out of our control. The Online Patios team will do its utmost to fulfil orders immediately or as soon as practicable.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR SALE 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion Period. This promotion runs from Monday 1 June 2026 to Tuesday 30 June 2026.

  2. The Offer. Qualifying customers will receive an additional 20% off the already-reduced sale price of eligible Carport Kits and Patio Kits. The additional 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout, on top of the existing 10% sale discount displayed on the website.

  3. Availability. This promotion is available exclusively online via onlinepatios.com.au and does not apply to phone, in-person or direct sales quotes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout during the Promotion Period and no discount code is required.

  4. Eligibility. Available to homeowners and builders purchasing on behalf of customers.

  5. Qualifying Products.

  • Included: Carport Kits and Patio Kits at standard kit pricing.

  • Excluded: accessories, online shop items, factory clearance items, carport specials, and any other already-discounted, promotional or clearance items unless otherwise stated.

  1. Pricing Basis. The discount is calculated on the kit price only and excludes freight, delivery, GST and any additional fees.

  2. Free Freight Offer. The free freight promotion remains separate and continues to apply in accordance with its own terms.

  3. Combining Offers. The additional 20% discount applies on top of the existing 10% sale discount displayed on eligible products. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, voucher or promotional offer. Only one EOFY discount applies per qualifying order.

  4. Order Changes. If an order is amended, cancelled, or no longer meets the qualifying criteria, the discount will be void or its value may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

  5. No Cash Alternative. Discounts are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

  6. Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
