  1. Before you proceed with your purchase, Online Patios Pty Ltd and www.onlinepatios.com.au requires you to accept specific terms and conditions related to this purchase.
  2. Online Patios Pty Ltd and Online Patio Roofing or ‘we’, ‘us’ or our, refers to the owner of the website – Online Patios Pty Ltd – A.B.N. 75 667 469 365. ‘You’ refers to you as the viewer/user of this website/quotation.

Note: The product/kit you have added to your cart and its components is custom made to your requirements. On this basis, this is a hard sale. Changes cannot be applied any time after 24 hours from the time of checkout. THERE IS NO ABILITY FOR A REFUND AFTER THIS TIME OR FOR THE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCT ALREADY MANUFACTURED.

The dimensions of each kit listed for sale on www.onlinepatios.com.au is measured as an overall size. The Company may, at its own discretion, alter the contents of the fixings/parts supplied in the kits. This will not affect the engineering or structural integrity of the kit in any way.

We cannot and will not accept returns if you make an incorrect decision and/or measurements or change your mind.

Online Patios Pty Ltd, suppliers and other third parties are not liable for any information or materials on this website – they are ordered entirely at your own risk.

NOTE: Insulated panels are supplied in 1m widths. If you have selected a kit that is not a whole meter, then the first and or last panel will need to be cut to size. All other components supplied will be for the specific measurement of the kit ordered.

Delivery is approximately 3-5 weeks following placement of your order, depending on the order requirements/powder coating and delivery location. The delivery date will be notified once available.

Deliveries will take place via a large crane truck. If there are specific instructions required for your delivery, you must notify the Company at least 48 hours prior to your delivery taking place. If you have ordered an insulated kit, you may receive two deliveries (single skin kits come in one delivery). You are not required to be home on the day of the delivery however it is your responsibility to notify the Company of any specific requirements. The Company is not responsible for any damage to your driveway/gardens during the delivery of the materials to site.

Please also be aware of requirements from an engineering perspective, along with local authorities to reach approval for construction (the onus to achieve these approvals is your responsibility).

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend engaging a professional tradesperson to ensure measurements and requirements are detailed correctly and correct approvals are obtained.

You can add additional components to your order, however the elements of colour, style of patio, size, thickness of sheets/panels etc, cannot be changed after the point of ordering. You also accept that some items may not be in stock at the time of order due to various factors out of our control. The Online Patios team will do its utmost to fulfil orders immediately or as soon as practicable.

1. Promotion Period
This promotion runs from Friday 1 August 2026 at 12:00 am (AEST) to Monday 31 August 2026 at 11:59 pm

2. Availability
This promotion is only available online via the Online Patios website at www.onlinepatios.com.au.

3. Eligibility
Available to homeowners and builders purchasing on behalf of customers.

4. Qualifying Purchases
Customers who spend $4,000 or more on eligible products will receive a $100 gift card for every $1,000 spent. Order value is calculated on DIY kit price only and excludes freight, delivery, GST and any additional fees.

5. Gift Card Options
Customers may select from the following gift card options: Fuel Card (AmpolCash) | Bunnings Gift Card | Coles Gift Card | JB Hi-Fi Gift Card. Gift cards are subject to availability at the time of issuance.

6. Gift Card Facilitation – ShopBack
Gift cards under this promotion are facilitated and issued digitally via ShopBack. By accepting a gift card as part of this promotion, customers agree to ShopBack's applicable terms and conditions. Online Patios is not responsible for the performance, redemption, or availability of gift cards once issued through the ShopBack platform. For ShopBack-related enquiries, customers should contact ShopBack directly at support.shopback.com.au.

7. Exclusions
This promotion does not apply to purchases of accessories made through the Online Patios online shop, factory clearance items, carport specials, or any other discounted or promotional items unless otherwise stated. This exclusion applies to the online shop accessories and products only and does not affect eligibility for DIY kit purchases made via the website in accordance with clause 2.

8. Free Freight Offer
The free freight promotion remains separate and continues to apply in accordance with its own terms.

9. Gift Card Issuance
Gift cards will be issued digitally via ShopBack after full payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. Customers will receive their gift card via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

10. Redemption
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer and the ShopBack platform. Online Patios accepts no responsibility for issues arising from the use or redemption of gift cards once issued.

11. No Cash Alternative
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

12. One Offer Per Order
Only one gift card allocation applies per qualifying order, calculated based on total DIY kit spend at the time of order confirmation.

13. Order Changes
If an order is amended, cancelled, or no longer meets the qualifying spend  threshold, the gift card will be void or its value may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

14. Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
