The dimensions of each kit listed for sale on www.onlinepatios.com.au is measured as an overall size. The Company may, at its own discretion, alter the contents of the fixings/parts supplied in the kits. This will not affect the engineering or structural integrity of the kit in any way.

We cannot and will not accept returns if you make an incorrect decision and/or measurements or change your mind.

Online Patios Pty Ltd, suppliers and other third parties are not liable for any information or materials on this website – they are ordered entirely at your own risk.

NOTE: Insulated panels are supplied in 1m widths. If you have selected a kit with a measurement that is not a whole metre, the first and/or last panel will need to be cut to size during installation. Posts are supplied in whole-metre lengths and may also need to be cut to the required height on site. All other components are supplied to suit the specific measurements of the kit ordered. However, minor adjustments or cutting may still be required during installation to ensure the components fit correctly on site.

Delivery is approximately 3-5 weeks following placement of your order, depending on the order requirements/powder coating and delivery location. The delivery date will be notified once available.

Deliveries will take place via a large crane truck. If there are specific instructions required for your delivery, you must notify the Company at least 48 hours prior to your delivery taking place. If you have ordered an insulated kit, you may receive two deliveries (single skin kits come in one delivery). You are not required to be home on the day of the delivery however it is your responsibility to notify the Company of any specific requirements. The Company is not responsible for any damage to your driveway/gardens during the delivery of the materials to site.

Please also be aware of requirements from an engineering perspective, along with local authorities to reach approval for construction (the onus to achieve these approvals is your responsibility).

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend engaging a professional tradesperson to ensure measurements and requirements are detailed correctly and correct approvals are obtained.

You can add additional components to your order, however the elements of colour, style of patio, size, thickness of sheets/panels etc, cannot be changed after the point of ordering. You also accept that some items may not be in stock at the time of order due to various factors out of our control. The Online Patios team will do its utmost to fulfil orders immediately or as soon as practicable.

Promotion Period. This promotion runs from 16 September 2026 12:00am AEST to 30 September 2026 11:59pm AEST.

The Offer. Qualifying customers will receive 15% off eligible DIY Patio & Carport Kits when they spend a minimum of $4,500 on qualifying products in a single online order.

Minimum Spend. A minimum qualifying order value of $4,500 applies to be eligible for the 15% discount.

Availability. This promotion is available exclusively online via onlinepatios.com.au and does not apply to phone, in-person or direct sales quotes.

Eligibility. Available to homeowners, owner-builders and builders purchasing on behalf of customers.

Qualifying Products.

Included: DIY Patio Kits and DIY Carport Kits purchased through onlinepatios.com.au and on written quotations issued by Online Patios Pty Ltd. It does not apply to in person sales.

Excluded: Carport Specials, Factory Specials, Online Store items, freight, delivery charges, GST and any additional fees. Quotations provided using the supplier "Lysaght" are also excluded from this offer.

Discount Calculation. The 15% discount is calculated on the eligible DIY Patio or Carport Kit price only. Freight, delivery, GST and any additional fees are excluded from the discount calculation.

One Offer Per Order. The 15% discount applies once per qualifying order and cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher, promotional offer or special pricing.

Order Changes. If an order is amended, cancelled, refunded, or no longer meets the minimum qualifying spend of $4,500, the promotional discount may be voided or adjusted accordingly.

No Cash Alternative. This promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
