We have purchased a 6x6m carport and a 3x9m carport from Online patios. The 6x6m was the best price we could find for a good quality diy kit, the team there was also very responsive about questions to do with council approval docs, engineering drawings etc.
Out 3x9m kit was slightly cheaper at another online seller but OnlinePatios matched their price straight away. For fairly experienced renovators the instructions were mostly clear and easy to follow. The kits are easy to put up and we'll thought out, you don't have to buy any extra materials at all, it's all in the kits. Both our patio and carport look fantastic, modern, clean and very professional.
We would 100% recommend the product (in our case insulated panels) and the staff are very responsive and helpful, if we ever need another carport or patio, this is the place we'll go.

Really like the quality of most of the kit. The main rear beam and starl upright poles not up to standard so had to buy extra heavy duty poles and beam. Other than that roof panels really good quality

In regard to your comment about the rear beam and posts not being up to standard, would you be able to provide a bit more detail? This is the first time we've been made aware of any concerns.
From our records, you originally purchased a timber fascia/wall kit. After the kit was delivered, you decided to change to a flyover style, which required the purchase of additional materials to complete the installation.
For reference, we supplied a 150mm x 65mm beam and 3 x 90mm x 90mm aluminium posts - both of which meet the engineering requirements for the original kit. However, because the style of the patio was changed post-delivery, the posts provided would have been too short for a flyover patio installed into footings. A flyover setup would also require an additional beam, extenda brackets, and barge capping to meet specifications.

I purchased two patio roofs from Online Patios, both insulated (50mm and 75mm). Great service, fast delivery, high-quality product. Only recommendations are:
1) Inform customers that 50mm is on the thin side for mounting lights, most lights are too thick to easily fit in. So insulated roof thickness is not merely about insulation, but also about mounting lights.
2) Quality of WiFi downlights poor. Purchased 24 lights, half have broken down after 1 year. Of course, light bulbs are consumables, but not at this pace and price ($65 each). I have replaced theme one after one by $16 lights from Bunnings, which seems to hold up better.
With some expert advice during the quoting and configuration process, which was super easy, our kit arrived in a matter of days exactly as ordered. The kit included everything we needed down to the very last bolt. To help save time, we had already arranged an installer who decided to cancel at the last minute. The team at Online Patios helped us to find a couple of experienced installers at very short notice. Nothing was too much trouble, and we are delighted with the final result.
