Shipping Policy

Delivery is approximately 3-5 weeks following placement of your order, depending on the order requirements/powder coating and delivery location. The delivery date will be notified once available.

Deliveries will take place via a large crane truck. If there are specific instructions required for your delivery, you must notify the Company at least 48 hours prior to your delivery taking place. If you have ordered an insulated kit, you may receive two deliveries (single skin kits come in one delivery). You are not required to be home on the day of the delivery however it is your responsibility to notify the Company of any specific requirements.

The Company is not responsible for any damage to your driveway/gardens during the delivery of the materials to site.

Freight and Delivery Areas

We deliver within Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode. Free delivery applies to DIY kit orders over $4,000 delivered within Metro Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Metro Sydney.

If your postcode is outside our standard freight area, checkout will show the option "Delivery outside our standard freight area – Price on application". If you choose this option, please select "Payment on Invoice" at the payment step. We will contact you with a freight quote. Your order will not be placed with our manufacturer until you have accepted the freight cost and paid your invoice. If you don't wish to accept the freight cost, you may choose to collect your order or cancel it at no charge.

Orders can also be collected free of charge from whichever of our factories is closest to your location – Richlands, QLD or Smeaton Grange, NSW. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection.
