Insulated Roof Panels

Insulated roof panels combine three things in one: a steel roof on top, an insulating foam core in the middle and a finished ceiling underneath. They keep patios and carports cooler in summer, warmer in winter and much quieter in the rain. Buy them by the metre for your own project, or as part of one of our complete DIY patio and carport kits.

Choose your profile

• Rib/Trimdek insulated roofing panels: a clean, modern ribbed profile. From $105 per metre (50mm).
• Corrugated insulated roofing panels: the classic wave profile. From $120 per metre (50mm).
• Marine Plus panels for homes within 1km of salt water, in Rib/Trimdek or Corrugated.

Panel thicknesses and prices per metre

Prices are per lineal metre for standard panels (minimum length 1.8m), as listed on our website, and may change.

Thicker panels span further, but the right thickness depends on your span, wind rating and site. The thicker panels need to be specifically engineered for the area where they'll be installed, so if you're not buying a complete kit, ask us before you order.

Everything you need to finish the roof

We also stock the matching parts for insulated roofing, including barge cappings, receiver channels, gutter fascia and Z flashings, foam infills, insulated roof screws and panel light strips. You'll find them all below.
