Online Patios Black Friday Sale 2026 – Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period. This promotion runs from 1 November 2026 12:00am AEST to 30 November 2026 11:59pm AEST.
The Offer. Qualifying customers will receive a complimentary bonus gift based on the value of their eligible order:
- Orders from $4,500 to $7,999: choose one Bonus Gift from the following:
- $350 fuel gift card (choice of Ampol, BP or 7-Eleven)
- $350 Bunnings gift card
- Beer fridge (CHiQ 94L Beverage Centre, model CBC094BG)
- Orders of $8,000 or more: choose either one Mega Gift from the following:
- $700 fuel gift card (choice of Ampol, BP or 7-Eleven)
- $700 Bunnings gift card
- Ninja Electric Woodfire Outdoor Oven (model OO101)
Availability. This promotion is available exclusively for orders placed online via onlinepatios.com.au. It does not apply to phone, email, in-person or quoted sales.
Eligibility. Available to new and returning customers, including homeowners and builders purchasing on behalf of customers.
Qualifying Products. Included: Patio Kits and Carport Kits purchased through onlinepatios.com.au. Excluded: Carport Specials, Factory Specials and Online Store (shop) items such as parts and accessories.
Order Value Calculation. The qualifying order value is calculated on the kit price including GST, and excludes freight, delivery and any additional fees.
Qualifying Order. To qualify, the order must be placed online and the deposit received by Online Patios within the Promotion Period.
Gift Selection. Customers may nominate their preferred gift or gifts (including their choice of Ampol, BP or 7-Eleven for a fuel gift card) at the time of placing their order, or when contacted by Online Patios to confirm order details.
Gift Fulfilment. Gifts will be arranged and dispatched after full payment for the qualifying order has been received and the order has been confirmed. Gifts are supplied separately from the kit, and delivery timing is subject to third-party retailer stock availability. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms and conditions.
Gift Delivery. Where two gifts are chosen, both gifts must be delivered to the same single delivery address in Australia.
Christmas Delivery. This offer does not change our Christmas order cut-offs. Custom and powder-coated kits ordered after Friday 13 November 2026, and standard kits ordered after Friday 20 November 2026, will be delivered in the new year.
Product Substitution. Gift items are sourced from third-party retailers. If a nominated gift is unavailable, Online Patios reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent product of equal or greater retail value.
One Offer Per Order. Only one gift selection applies per qualifying order (one Bonus Gift, one Mega Gift, or two Bonus Gifts as set out above). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, voucher or promotional offer.
No Cash Alternative. Gifts are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
Order Changes. If an order is amended or cancelled, or no longer meets the qualifying threshold, the gift will be void, or its value may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
