Ordering System
Every single order placed will first be verified by one of our team members. The team member will contact you and run through the design, your colour selection, measurements and wind rating for your area before we send your kit order off for bespoke manufacturing, powder coating and packing before transport to your final destination. If the area you live in is not listed for freight, please contact our friendly staff who will be able to assist you and confirm whether we can ship to your location.
No kit will be put into production before a team member speaks or e-mails you! 3-4 days after we put your kit into production, we will email you a delivery date for your kit and also send you all the supporting engineering, drawings, form 15 and your installation manual. Once you have completed your installation, be sure to send us a photo showing us your installed roof so that we can organise for your warranty to be completed.
Customisation, Questions and Changes.
We offer a wide range of customisation in all our online kits i.e. sizes, shapes, colours, skylights (for both single skin roofing and insulated panels), LED downlights are also available plus higher wind rating etc. Our Team members will be able to prepare an accurate design and full written quote with a list of all included materials for your project to be checked and confirmed by you, if required for your location!
NOTE: Please note that if you are building a structure over a deck, that all posts must be installed into footings or onto a concrete slab as per the engineering supplied. We cannot be held responsible for any installation that does not adhere to engineering. Please also take into consideration the number of enclosed walls surrounding the structure as this will impact the engineering requirements.

NOTE: All kits quoted on the onlinepatios.com.au website are for 1 surrounding wall. If your structure has more than this, please contact us directly to organise a specific quotation for your location as this will impact the engineering requirements. We cannot be held responsible for any kits ordered where the number of walls surrounding the structure have not been disclosed.
